Job Description: Cardea Resourcing have fantastic opportunities for talented ASD Support Workers in the Peterborough area. We are working on behalf of a highly regarded client; a specialist residential and domiciliary care provider serving adults with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) including Asperger’s Syndrome and also those who have complex and challenging needs. Our client has temporary ongoing opportunities within a new purpose built accommodation setting that exceeds the national requirements specified by CQC. Our client invests in qualified and experienced staff with the advanced skills to deliver the necessary care and support to enable their residents and service users to lead a happy and rewarding life and to integrate effectively into a community setting. Their aim is to support their residents and service users to develop independent living skills in a structured and safe environment with a view to their progressing towards leading a more fulfilling life. We require candidates who hold previous experience of working with adults with ASD, you will be expected to provide the highest standard of care and work with all members of staff to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for residents. We can offer flexibility in hours so these positions will suit those seeking full time or part time hours, ideally you will live in the Peterborough area and be available for an immediate start. All candidates will undergo an Enhanced CRB Check.
