Job Description: We are working on behalf of one of the leading providers of Care Homes in the UK. They offer a range of care services, including Nursing, Residential and Dementia Care. They currently have an exciting new position available within a nursing home for a Deputy Manager. This is a new role within the home and requires a nurse with previous experience of management (deputy) the role will focus on developing clinical excellence within the home and managing staff on a day to day basis. This role reports into a general manager who has responsibility for the homes business development.
